Johnston first
Our first set of walls opened in Johnston. Same menu, same paper boats, same crew running the fryer. Regulars from the truck showed up the first week and never stopped coming.

Brick & mortar
The truck taught us what people wanted. The storefronts let us serve more of them, faster, without losing the personality that built the brand.

Providence followed because too many people kept asking. Downtown crowd, lunch rush, late-night walk-ups. The location is different. The personality isn’t.
We didn’t corporatize when we opened brick-and-mortar. The trucks still roll. The fryer still runs the same way. The art on the wall is still loud. Friskie is still Friskie.
“Same fries. Same crinkle. New walls.”
