Our story, short version
Started on a truck. Stayed weird.
We rolled out of a parking lot with one fryer, a stack of paper boats, and an opinion about what a good fry should taste like. People lined up. Then they lined up again. Now we’ve got two brick-and-mortar spots — same fries, same energy.
