Providence to Pawtucket to Warwick to Newport. We learned the state one curb at a time. Regulars started texting us asking where we’d be on Friday. Most weeks, we still are.
Storefronts are great. The truck is different. It’s out where people gather — block parties, breweries, festivals, weddings. Same fryer energy. Just on wheels.
